音樂的療癒:由我自彈自唱,或是播放我喜愛的,陪伴我一起成長的歌曲。
食物的療癒:分享我的第二專業,如何作出有情感的有愛的料理,滿足自己及家人的味蕾。
大自然的療癒:分享我的健行筆記,分享走進大自然裏聽到的、聞到的、看到的及感受到的美。
練功的療癒:是分享我的練功日記和能量場解讀故事,前者是我每日必修的功課,包括身體的心理的覺察,與大我的對話,療癒身心的創傷印記,解開種種對生命的疑惑。後者是運用自我覺察及自我療癒的能力,幫忙他人掃描、解讀、清理及更新能量場。
