“I’m so glad we saw that!” Our season 5 premiere is the delightful movie “Bugonia” starring Emma Stone and Jesse Plemons. Is she or isn’t she an alien? Is he or isn’t he batshit fucking crazy? This keeps you guessing all throughout the whole thing… even when his detached head flies out of the closet and headbutts her in the face… and even then you still kinda don’t know. Oh, what a delightfully weird little movie this was! We loved it so much and we think you will too!

We’re discussing Selena Winters’ book “Carnival Nightmare.” While on a road trip to go get our hair done we decided to talk about this book so that’s your heads up that there’s gonna be road noise. Moving on… “Carnival Nightmare” is a dark stalking romance written by Selena Winters and it’s a part of her Carnival series…...

“Was it… Father?!” We saw “Predator: Badlands” and we loved it! Definitely one of our top favs in the franchise. Lots of “daddy issues” and it would appear possible “mommy issues” as well… I fucking hope so! That’s how they left it open for another movie and I hope they tap Sigourney Weaver to play Mother!

“She should get all the awards!” Great acting all around. But the girl that played the little sister was on point. This is a really good messed up horror movie that we all loved. If you grew up in the 70’s and 80’s when strangers in cars were kidnapping kids and you were taken to the school to get finger printed “just in case” then this movie hit in a certain way… made Ethan Hawke in that mask that much more creepy.
