This is an extremely difficult post to write for so many reasons.

Firstly because of the absolutely dire state of our beloved West Ham United right now.

And secondly because this is likely to be the last podcast you ever listen to from We Are West Ham as you've known it for the last seven years.

This was recorded after last week's home defeat to Nottingham Forest and before the FA Cup game against QPR.

But it is with the heaviest of hearts that Will and James came to the decision...

A decent performance at home to Aston Villa, but poor defending prevented us from getting a great result AGAIN!
