I'm talking about the concept of management debt and technical debt in today's episode. Technical debt is the shortcuts or compromises you make during the product development process. Management debt is the consequences of making poor hiring decisions.

I think it's important to hire the right people to avoid management debt. The wrong person in a crucial role can waste months or even years of time. I also think it's important to build great products that have lasting value. Tesla is a great example of this.
