15 year old Katrin Konert disappeared on the evening of January 1, 2001, from Bergen an der Dumme, a small town in northern Germany. Katrin was last seen around 7:00 p.m. at a local bus stop, where a friend drove past and offered her a ride home — an offer she declined. Five years later, Katrin’s sister received an anonymous phone call from a woman with a foreign accent. The call lasted only a few seconds, but the caller provided a cryptic and unsettling tip.

Matilda Rooney, a woman in her seventies from Illinois, died during the night of Christmas Eve in 1885. Her remains were almost completely burned, weighing just 12 pounds. Matilda appeared to have burned to death in the kitchen, with no clear explanation as to how the fire started. Her husband, Patrick Rooney, who had been sleeping in the couple’s bedroom near the kitchen, also died that night due to smoke and fumes from the fire.

Real estate agent Lindsay Buziak was found dead in a house she was showing to prospective buyers on February 2, 2008. The buyers were a man and a woman who had contacted Lindsay several days earlier, they wanted to buy house as soon as possible. Investigators believe this couple was responsible for Lindsay’s murder. 26 year old Terrence Woods disappeared on October 5th, 2018, during a TV production in rural Idaho. Terrence was part of a 12 person film crew shooting at the abandoned Penman Mine in the Clearwater National Forest. 55 year old KPMG executive Alan White was last seen on October 22, 2020, getting gas at a RaceTrac station in Dallas. CCTV captured his car leaving the station and heading toward his home but Alan never made it back. His Porsche was found a week later in a known dumping area, with the keys and Alan’s phone still inside. The following year, Alan’s remains were discovered not far from where the vehicle had been left. We suspect that something happened at the gas station.

In 2007, four people vanished from the remote town of Nannup, Australia, Simon Kadwell, an online cult leader whose real identity was uncovered only after his disappearance, his partner Chantelle, their 6 year old daughter Leela and their family friend Tony Popic. 77 year old Trevor Elias vanished after leaving a social club in Senghenydd, Wales, on April 6, 2012. CCTV later showed him walking toward Abertridwr, but he never made it home. According to the footage, it appeared to take Trevor nearly half an hour to cover a distance that should have taken only two minutes. Several other people and cars were captured on CCTV in the same area that night, but none of them have ever been identified.

In May 2021, 60-year-old Henry Fermino checked into the Capri Motel in Dartmouth, Massachusetts—and vanished the next day. In August 1966, two Brazilian electronics technicians, Miguel Viana (34) and Manuel Pereira da Cruz (32), were found dead under mysterious circumstances on Vintém Hill, near Niterói, Brazil. The Bakersfield 3 were three friends from Bakersfield, California, who either went missing or were murdered in the spring of 2018.

Micah Holsonbake disappeared on March 23, 2018. In the days leading up to his disappearance, Micah told his parents that he feared for his life and believed he was being followed while driving.

James Kulstad was killed on the morning of April 8, 2018, after arriving at an acquaintance’s home in Southwest Bakersfield. He was shot dead, and the suspect is believed to have fled the scene in a silver sedan that was seen driving erratically in the neighborhood. Duration: 01:24:17

Phoebe Handsjuk, a 24-year-old from Melbourne, tragically died on December 2, 2010, after falling 12 stories down a garbage chute in her boyfriend Antony Hampel's apartment complex. Initially deemed an accident by police, her family suspects foul play due to inconsistencies. 

Some of the strange details include scratches on boyfriends body, broken glass and blood inside the apartment, no fingerprints on the chute door, and Phoebe's outgoing emails being deleted and her second phone missing.

Athalia Ponsell Lindsley, born on July 25, 1917, was a former model and active community member in St. Augustine, Florida. On January 23, 1974, she was brutally murdered outside her home at 124 Marine Street. The attack, carried out by an unidentified assailant with a machete, resulted in her death at the age of 56. Terry McSpadden, 24, was a well-known local in Wisbech, known for his easy-going personality and hard work at Economy Windows. Despite minor convictions limiting his presence in Wisbech on weekends, he was a dedicated father to his young children. Terry's relationship with his girlfriend, Becky, was tumultuous, and he occasionally stayed with his friend Jonathan Porter. Terry 's mother Helen has raised concerns about Jonathan's behavior, including an incident where Terry woke up wrapped in cling film which has never been explained. Six-year-old Lilly and her four-year-old brother Jack went missing from their rural Nova Scotia home on May 2nd, 2025. The mother and stepfather of the two children claim that the kids were last seen at home on Friday, May 2nd, playing near the kitchen area. Stepfather Daniel Martell believes the children may have quietly slipped out through the sliding door in the kitchen, which wouldn't have made much noise, allowing them to leave unnoticed. Bill and Edith Moffatt were discovered deceased in their home in Maryborough, Queensland, Australia, on September 22, 1977. The couple had been seen the previous day attending community events in the evening. They returned home by 11 pm, and a neighbor reported hearing two muffled shots around 3 am during the night. Kurt Sova, a 17 year old teenager from a small Cleveland suburb went missing after not returning home from a Halloween party on Friday, October 23rd 1981. 5 days later, Kurt's body was found in a ravine just 2 miles away from his home, he didn't have any visible signs of trauma and his cause of death was never determined. The Isdal Woman was an unidentified woman found dead in Isdalen, Bergen, Norway, on November 29, 1970. The Enfield Monster is a bizarre creature sighted in Enfield, Illinois, in April 1973. Witnesses described it as a 4.5-foot-tall, grayish creature with three legs, two small arms, and glowing pink eyes.
