After the first week of 2026, we thought we’d talk about the films we’re looking forward to seeing this year.

Cecilia and Lewis chat Christmas movies on this very appropriate day. Merry Christmas, folks!

The festivities continue this week, with Lewis and Cecilia continuing their Christmas viewing. Lewis reviews Champagne Problems, a Christmas flick set in France. Cecilia reviews Jack in Time for Christmas, starring comedian Jack Whitehall. She also reviews HIM, a sports horror produced by Jordan Peele. Lewis closes the show with reviews for My Secret Santa, and My Merry Little Xmas.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! The team review their first Christmas film for the year, Jingle Bell Heist. Lewis also reviews Zootopia 2. The team also share what they’ve been watching on streaming, old and new, including Madame, Future Man, My Wife and Kids, and Lucifer.

This week, Cecilia and Lewis shares their latest viewing adventures. Lewis reviews Interview with the Vampire and season 2, and Inside Man season 2, starring Ted Danson. Meanwhile, Cecilia reviews Luca Guadagnino’s latest flick, After the Hunt, and the new tv series, Malice, starring Jack Whitehall.

It’s a big night of film and tv chat as Lewis and Cecilia review Wicked: For Good, Predator: Badlands, and Now you see Me: Now You don’t. They also review streaming releases Weapons and Mickey 17.

Sprinting into cinemas this week is the new Running Man starring Glen Powell. Lewis shares his thoughts on the film. Cecilia reviews Playdate, Kevin James’ new comedy on Prime. The team also talk upcoming movies they are looking forward to seeing.

While Cecilia and Lewis couldn’t be in the studio this week, they thoughtfully pre-prepared a little treat for your ears.

This weeks reviews include Darren Aronofsky’s Caught Stealing starring Austin Butler, and I Know What You Did Last Summer which revives the 1997 campy slasher. The team also chat about the Legend of Baron To’a, and time travelling films and series.

In cinemas this week is Fight or Flight, a new action flick from the producers of John Wick, staring Josh Hartnett as a disgraced secret agent thrown back into action. Lewis reviews The Roses, a reimagining of the War of the Roses, starring Olivia Coleman and Benedict Cumberbatch. Cecilia also shares excitement for Emerald Fennell’s adaptation of Wuthering Heights.

On tonight’s show Lewis reviews the new Superman and Fantastic Four reboots. Cecilia then shares what she has watched on streaming including Deep Cover, a buddy cop flick and Department Q, a detective thriller series on Netflix.

Lewis and Cecilia talk: Heads of State (Prime), The Monkey (Prime), Play Dead (Prime), The Gorge (Prime) and Simple Plan The Kids in the Crowd (Prime).

This weeks lineup of films for review include everything from aliens to dinosaurs. First up, Lewis reviews the new space adventure flick from Pixar, Elio. Cecilia reviews the new David Creonberg macabre sci fi, The Shrouds. Lastly, Lewis reviews Jurassic World: Rebirth.

On this weeks show, Cecilia and Lewis review the horror/slasher flick, Clown in a Cornfield. Lewis discusses the new Superman trailer. They also delve into Trump’s plan to implement 100% tariffs on films made outside of the USA.

Lastly, they mention some of the upcoming films they are looking forward to.

This week, Lewis reviews Mickey 17, the new sci fi from acclaimed director Bong Joon-Ho as well as the spy thriller Black Bag. Cecilia also reviews horror flick, Cukoo, starring Euphoria’s Hunter Schafer.

Cecilia and Lewis talk through John Cena’s big turn on WWE (Netflix), The Oscars 2025, Palm Royal (Prime), Lift (Netflix), and Daredevil: Born Again (Disney+).

Longing to get back to the movies, Lewis and Cecilia share what they have been watching on streaming, in the hopes they will return to the cinemas soon. This week they talk about The Reacher, High Potential, Home Improvement and Optics. Cecilia reviews Oscar nominated feature, A Real Pain starring Keiran Culkin and Jessie Eisenberg. Lewis also falls down a BAFTA’s Rabbit Hole.

Rachele makes a special guest appearance to talk with Lewis about his Captain America: Brave New World experience in 4DX and some streaming treats.

This week Lewis reviews Captain America: Brave New World (in cinemas). Cecilia also reviews Amy Shumer’s new comedy Kinda Pregnant and Apple Cider Vinegar, based on a true story.

Lewis and Rachele talk Prescence (in cinemas), Queer (in cinemas), Ghosts (US version, on Paramount), and Carry On (Netflix).

This week, Cecilia and Lewis chat about the 97th annual Oscar nominations. Cecilia also reviews Maria, starring Angelina Jolie as the famous opera Diva Maria Callas.

Flying into cinemas this week is Wicked Part 1. But first, Cecilia reviews Heretic, a psychological thriller starring Hugh Grant. Lewis shares his thoughts on Wicked Part 1. Cecilia ends the show with a review for Goodrich, a heartfelt drama staring Michael Keaton and Mila Kunis.

It’s starting to feel a lot like Christmas! This week, Lewis and Cecilia review Christmas flicks, Red One and Christmas Eve at Millers Point. They also mention, the British Film Festival and discuss, Memory staring Jessica Chastain and Bill Sarsgaard.

Secondly, Lewis reviews Memoir of a Snail, the new Australian stop-motion animated film from Oscar-winning director Adam Elliott.

Lewis and Cecilia run into the studio for a whirlwind episode of some old, dark Disney, some things you can see in the cinema (Revelation Film Festival, Spanish Film Festival, Transformers and The Flash) and some binge-worthy treats (Based on a True Story and The Idol).

Cecilia, Rachele and Lewis are all back in the studio at the same time to talk: Indiana Jones (in your DVD collection or on Disney+), Evie being at Supernova Anna Nichol Smith - You don’t know me (Netflix), Jury Duty (Prime), Renfield (try and catch it in cinemas), Dracula (Netflix), Interview with the Vampire (ABC Iview for you Aussies!), and Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (in the biggest, loudest cinema you can, please).

Robin the wonder dog wasn’t keen on filling in for the rest of the team, so Lewis flies solo. He has lots to talk about with the Spanish Film Festival’s preview screening of Prisoner 77, Renfield (see it in cinemas while you can), Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (see it on the biggest, loudest cinema screen you can get to!) and The Little Mermaid (go for the big screen again, folks).
