It’s been a minute since we last got on the mic and dropped an episode, and damn, did we miss it!! We had a great time catching up, talking about what we’ve been up to, and sharing some of the major changes we’ve made since releasing our last episode almost two years ago! We all parent differently. To say there is only one way to parent isn't telling the truth. That's the best part about being a parent, you get to make the decisions for YOUR child. We aren't perfect, we are going to make mistakes, but you just have to tell yourself it's ok and move on. To all the parents out there, always remember, you're doing a great job! Keep it up!

After talking last episode about the history and how Men's Mental Health Month came to be, we now share some of our experiences and how we have struggled and overcame our own personal battles.  If there is ever a time you think you might be struggling, please reach out to us, we got you!

Last month was Men's mental health month and we needed to ensure we highlighted the fact of how important it was.  Many people didn't know it was a thing, so we talk about the month's history and how important it is for men to focus on their mental health.  This will be a three-part series so tune in and we give you a little homework at the end. We all had to start somewhere, whether it be in a restaurant kitchen cleaning dishes or working the register at a mall retail store, we all have our storied past of jobs we loved and hated. This episode was nothing short of a good time. We had a good time going down memory lane and talking about old jobs we use to have.
