It was a lovely little weekend in Merseyside as they Lads ensured they were in the hat for the next round of the FA Cup with a penalty shootout win over Everton on our first visit to the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

An Enzo Lee Fee beauty got us on our way, before a controversional penalty decision took us to extra-time, and then ultimately penalties. Big Robin Roefs ensured we didn't concede in the shootout, though, and we sailed through with relative ease with Luke O'Nien scoring the winning spot kick. Excellent!

The third consecutive new ground the Lads will visit this week, Sunderland's focus turns to the FA Cup as we visit Everton in the third round.
