It says in the Bible that your body is your temple, and many of us are abusing the temple. We're staying up too late. We're overcaffeinated. Maybe we're having alcohol or fast food, and we're destroying the temple. Somebody who is convicted about this is my next guest: Coach G. She's the founder and CEO of Mind Body Soul Shift, LLC.

I can't think of too many schools in Dallas-Fort Worth that have been around for 60-plus years. 1963 is when the Notre Dame School in Dallas first started, and they've been helping young people with equity inclusion ever since. I reported news for 25 years, and I remember about three decades ago when the nation first heard about stem cells. They were fairly controversial at the time, but now they're entirely mainstream. That's why we invited in Dr. Bill Johnson. He's with Innovations Stem Cell Center, and they were just named the top stem cell treatment center in the country by Life Sciences Review Magazine.

Pyrotechnics has become a big part of the celebrations that we think of in America. Everything from the big 4th of July fireworks displays to weddings and concerts. I read the headlines every single day that so many Americans are living paycheck to paycheck, and they haven't even saved a dime for their retirement. Many people are waking up. I think we're all guilty of having limiting beliefs. I take that to heart because sometimes it's not the story that you're telling others but the story that you're telling yourself when you look in the mirror in the morning. When I was growing up, the dream was that you retire at 65, and I've known so many people who retire at 65 and are dead by 66. They've got no purpose. This show is all about branding, and it's a subject that is near and dear to my heart because we're a branding and marketing company, podcast network, and public relations firm. Many people mistake a logo for a brand. They see the Apple logo or Nike logo, but that's not a brand. Your personal brand can sometimes transcend the company brand. To talk about that today is the great Robert Wall.

I think a lot about the late, great Norman Rockwell. He was a famous American artist who really captured what the American family was supposed to look like, all gathered at Thanksgiving with no quarrels. It was the picture of a perfect family, but we all know that's not the case, especially when it comes to finances. That's why I have Bill Walters in the studio. My next guest spent her early days in war-torn Bosnia. None of us can even imagine the horrors that she saw growing up, but she has turned all of that pain into passion and purpose.
